The GelFire® Terra Torch® GFS 50/75 is engineered for durability, safety, and superior field performance. Featuring an all-aluminum tank and frame specifically designed for gasoline-based operations, the GFS 50/75 delivers a lightweight, yet exceptionally rugged platform built to withstand years of demanding service.

The fuel tank incorporates multiple safety and performance features, including integrated spill containment, an internal fuel and gelling agent mixing manifold educator system, and a Betts® 10-inch manway hatch with built-in rollover spill protection. Additional safety provisions include normal pressure/vacuum venting, emergency venting, and a 2-inch Protectoseal® safety fill cap with an integrated flame arrester for safe fuel handling and filling operations. A heavy-duty rollover cage provides additional protection in the event of an overturn.

The all-aluminum power unit frame is designed to protect critical components, including the engine, pump, and plumbing system, while maintaining a lightweight and corrosion-resistant design.

Standard equipment includes a Honda® electric-start engine with a 12V battery system and a heavy-duty brass gear pump equipped with a 12V electromagnetic clutch. This combination provides instant pressure, improved operator safety, and dependable ignition performance in demanding field conditions.

A dedicated GelGun storage rack securely holds the applicator during transport and storage while keeping it readily accessible for rapid deployment in the field.

GelGun

The GelFire Systems® GelGun is a unique 12V, on-demand ignition applicator designed to maximize both safety and performance. When activated, the GelGun automatically engages the pump system, providing instant pressure and precise operator control while minimizing unnecessary fuel circulation.
